fitman performance center

My gym, the Fitman Performance And Physique Center, is the Philadelphia area’s premier bodybuilding and athletic performance gym that specializes in getting results.

If I’m being 100 percent honest, I don’t go to my gym to pump up frail egos and sell people lies like many commercial gyms do.  I’m all about getting results, and I’ll always be honest with you, even if it hurts.

If that does not appeal to you, you should look into training at a different gym.

I train and coach physique competitors who compete in bodybuilding, classic physique, figure, bikini, and women’s Physique.

I also train athletes in multiple sports who need to increase their speed, strength, power, and conditioning.

At The Center, bodybuilders will see marked improvements in their muscle mass, symmetry, strength, weight room performance, confidence, and mental toughness.  Bodybuilders will also see decreases in body fat on the way to building a stage worthy physique.

My Bodybuilding Gym Story

I’ve wanted to have my own bodybuilding gym since 2002.

Throughout my travels during my career, I have been fortunate to train at many gyms, from high level collegiate facilities to typical commercial gym chains.

I learned two great lessons at these gyms: what not to do and who I really am.

What I will not do is promote the general falsehoods of the bodybuilding industry.

Who I am is an eternal student and coach of building strength, muscle, performance, and character.  While it would be very easy for me to follow trends, doing so would severely compromise my integrity.

The Center took me 8 long years to make it a reality.  I now have the ability to give bodybuilders the training and insight that I could not access when I was coming up in the bodybuilding game.

Primary Inspiration

When thinking of what I wanted aesthetically and culturally for my gym, I immediately thought back to the spring of 2002.

While I was running track at East Stroudsburg University, we took a spring break trip to North Carolina State University in March 2002.

When we entered the Wolfpack’s weight room, I was blown away by the layout of the facility.  All I saw was power racks, iron, and high-level athletes.

At that point, I knew exactly what I wanted; a gym that focused on building muscle, athletic performance, and character.

I was never able to translate these thoughts into a reality while working for someone else at their gym.  I was also unable to make my vision a reality when I was training as an independent contractor in other facilities.

When you work for someone else, you have to play by their rules.  I did not like the culture or mission of these gyms, but until I had my own gym, I had to play the cards I was dealt.

There were times when it was difficult working in those places, but I never gave up.

Not For Everyone And That’s By Design

My Center is the first step of building my dream gym.  I will warn you that The Center is unapologetically not for everyone.  My standards are high and weak-minded, excuse making trainees are not invited or welcome.

If you are a bodybuilder, interested in improving his or her physique to compete on stage, contact me or fill out my application to be considered.

And there is always an open invitation for any amateur or professional bodybuilder in the world, to come to Roslyn and train with me.

Long before I became a professional natural bodybuilder, I always made it a point to be the hardest working person in the gym.  I abhor being outworked.

To those mulling this offer, I don’t care if you are natural or enhanced because it won’t matter.  Will you accept the challenge?
